1. When you submit a new term you may include your site URL. We will review your submission and if it is relevant we may or may not choose to link to your site. As a general guideline, search engine related sites will be linked while off-topic sites will not be linked.
2. When two or more suggestions for the same term is received within one update cycle, Pandecta Magazine will, on its own discretion, select and publish the more accurate / more complete suggestion.
3. Pandecta Magazine does not guarantee that your suggestion will be accepted.
4. Pandecta Magazine reserves the right to remove listings after they have been added to the searchenginedictionary.com site and/or to the book, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation. We reserve the right to remove dead links while retaining the term and its definition.
5. By submitting a suggestion, you declare that your suggestion is original and does not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property of any other person / entity. You also agree to indemnify Pandecta Magazine and it's associated companies / assoiciated individuals from any liability for your submission.
6. By submitting a suggestion, you grant Pandecta Magazine permission to republish your entire submission on its web site(s) and any other documents, electronic or otherwise. You also grant permission for Pandecta Magazine to transfer redistribution rights thereof to third parties.
